Meet the Team
The ACP Orthodontics Team is composed of well-trained and skilled individuals who are dedicated to patient care and their profession. They are attentive, accommodating, and personable, embodying the idea that if one loves what one does, it doesn’t feel like work. They truly love changing lives — one person and one smile at a time!
Our Clinical Associates
Working in our treatment areas and operatories, our clinical associates keep the space sterilized, organized, and ready for patients. They bring in and seat patients, prepare them for their appointment, and assist Dr. Conny with various procedures. They also provide direct patient care, under the doctor’s direction and supervision, and offer patients guidance on home care and dental hygiene during treatment.
In addition to their technical abilities, each of our clinical associates is warm and friendly. They enjoy getting to know our patients personally, and treasure the relationships that develop during treatment. For them, helping their friends achieve life-changing smiles, and seeing each person gain confidence as their teeth straighten, is a highlight of their work!
Donna
My favorite part of my job is seeing the wonderful changes we make and the interaction with our patients!
Donna is a graduate of Red River College and has a certificate in Phase 2 dental assisting and also the orthodontic module. She has worked in the field since 1985 and joined us in 2003.
When she’s not at the office, Donna loves being outside, especially when she’s enjoying the outdoors with her family. She loves camping, fishing, and walking her dog in the Assiniboine forest. She also enjoys cooking and loves to host family dinners.
Jadelyn

You’ll always be greeted with warm smiles and our front office will ensure everything about your orthodontic experience is seamless. From visit to visit, they love seeing people transform: straighter teeth mean increased self-esteem and greater confidence!
Judy – Receptionist
I love the interactions I have with our patients and their families. I also love that we give our patients a fantastic end result: seeing their delighted smiles the day their braces come off is so rewarding and fun!
Judy graduated from the dental assisting program at Red River College in 1982 and finished the orthodontic module in 1987. Her career started in general dentistry and then she moved to orthodontics, first assisting and then transitioning to the front office. She joined us in 2011.
Judy and her husband Allan have been married for nearly 40 years. They have a grown son and daughter, as well as a son-in-law and two perfect little grandsons. Judy loves cooking, as do her husband and their children, so their kitchen can get crowded! Time with her family, especially her grandsons, keeps Judy young. She loves to entertain, to travel, and to read. She loves music and sings in a rock ’n’ roll band with some of her closest friends, and also in a praise and worship band at her church.

When she’s not at the office, Laura prioritizes time with her husband of 35 years, three children, and two grandchildren. Summer finds her enjoying time with her family at their cottage, where they boat, swim, and sit around the campfire. In the colder months, Laura loves to read and do puzzles.
Maria – Administrative Coordinator
I appreciate interacting with patients and families, and love seeing how people become happier as their smiles change!
Maria obtained a BComm (honours) degree in marketing from the University of Manitoba in 1994. She has worked with our practice since 2003, having started in the field in 1997, and handles our marketing and certain aspects of management, including payroll.
When Maria goes home, it’s to spend time with her family. She and Dr. Conny have been married since 1994 and have two children: son Panayioti and daughter Eleni. Taking care of her health is important to Maria and she enjoys working out at Shapes Women’s Fitness.

Vivian reviews treatment plans and financials with patients and parents, sets up the patient contracts, and processes their monthly payments.
